Mechanisms included in circular knitting machines

The circular knitting machine is mainly composed of a yarn supply mechanism, a knitting mechanism, a pulling and winding mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a lubrication and cleaning mechanism, an electrical control mechanism, a frame part and other auxiliary devices.
1. Yarn feeding mechanism
The yarn feeding mechanism is also called the yarn feeding mechanism, which includes a creel, a yarn feeder, and a yarn guide and a yarn ring bracket.
Requirements for yarn feeding mechanism:

3. Pulling and winding mechanism
The function of the pulling and winding mechanism is to pull the knitted fabric out of the knitting area and wind it into a certain package form. Including pulling, rolling roller, spreading frame (also called fabric spreader), transmission arm, and adjusting gear box. Its characteristics are
(1) There is a sensor switch installed at the bottom of the large plate. When a transmission arm equipped with a cylindrical nail passes, a signal will be generated to measure the number of cloth rolls and the number of revolutions.

5. Lubricate and clean mechanism
The circular knitting knitting machine is a high-speed, coordinated and precise system. Because the yarn will cause a large amount of fly lint (lint) during the knitting process, the central component that completes the knitting will easily suffer from poor movement due to fly lint, dust and oil stains, causing serious problems. It will damage the equipment, so the lubrication and dust removal of moving parts is very important. At present, the circular knitting machine lubrication and dust removal system includes fuel injectors, radar fans, oil circuit accessories, oil leakage tanks and other components.
Features of Lubricating and Cleaning Mechanisms
1. The special oil mist fuel injection machine provides good lubrication for the surface of the knitted parts. The oil level indication and fuel consumption are intuitively visible. When the oil level in the fuel injection machine is insufficient, it will automatically shut down and warn.
2. The new electronic automatic refueling machine makes setting and operation more convenient and intuitive.
3. The radar fan has a wide cleaning area and can remove fly flakes from the yarn storage device to the knitting part to avoid poor yarn supply due to tangled fly flakes.
6.Control mechanism
The simple button operation control mechanism is used to complete the setting of operating parameters, automatic stop and indication of faults. Mainly includes frequency converters, control panels (also called operation panels), electrical control boxes, fault detection equipment, electrical wiring, etc.
7.Rack part
The frame part includes three legs (also called lower legs), straight legs (also called upper legs), large plate, three forks, protective door, and creel seat. It is required that the rack part must be stable and safe.
