[TIPS]How to solve the equipment and technical problems encountered when knitting the pad tissue on the single Jersey circular knitting machine?

How to solve the equipment and technical problems encountered when knitting the pad tissue on the single Jersey circular knitting machine?

.The yarn used for knitting floats is relatively thick. It is recommended to use an 18-guage/25.4 mm yarn guide. The yarn feeder of the yarn guide is as close to the needle as possible.

.The gears in the yarn feeding gearbox of the machine head must be changed before knitting, so that the ground weave and the floating yarn have a certain feeding ratio. The general transmission ratio is as follows: ground weave yarn feeding is 43 teeth with 50 teeth; floating yarn feeding is 26 teeth with 65 teeth.

.At the beginning of knitting, a certain pulling force should be given to the grey fabric to take advantage of the newly formed loops to unwind.

.When the sinker advances the deepest, the nose of the sinker should be as close as possible to the highest point of the knitting needle to ensure that the nose of the sinker can control the old loops so that they can unwind smoothly.

.The length of the yarn forming the floating thread should not be too long, otherwise it is easy to produce stitches. Generally, it should be less than or equal to 7cm.

.The pulling and winding tension should be moderate, the tension is small, the gray fabric is easy to produce horizontal stripes; the tension is large, the gray fabric is easy to produce holes.

.The knitting speed of the machine is generally 18-20r/min for raw materials, and 22-24r/min for better quality raw materials.

.If a horizontal stripe defect occurs, the knitting tension of the ground yarn can be smaller, generally controlled at 1.96~2.95 cN (2~3g).
